Handling calls to/from customers who are experiencing financial difficulty.  You will obtain full details of their financial situation and offer advice on how to progress.

Field Collections Representative

Visiting with debtors in their home to negotiate repayment of overdue debts.

Trace/ Collections Agents

Tracking outstanding debt using investigating tools you will make initial contact with debtors to agree repayment.
