Complaints Procedure Guidelines
Complaints should be addressed to the Complaints Officer at the following address:-

You can also e.mail a complaint to complaints.officer@murraywhite.co.uk
Verbal complaints will be forwarded to the complaints officer who will log the complaint.
Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt of the complaint.

If a complaint cannot be amicably resolved Murray White will advise the complainant of the escalation procedure and then to the Financial Ombudsman if the complaint remains unresolved. The address for the FOS is:-
